I graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a degree in Public Relations and minor in General Business. My skills include a proficient understanding of writing for the media, researching, and analyzing data to clearly communicate with the public. I am a self-starter that combines creativity with consistency. My past experiences have produced skills in event coordination, project management and media relations. I am accustomed to working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines while staying focused on producing exceptional quality and detail. My desire is to be a part of a community-centered environment that is excited to create outstanding work.
A lil background: I am a Texas gal with time spent in New York City. I'll always miss the delayed subways & black-and-white cookies but I'm emotionally making it through with my constant stash of Dr. Pepper & Blue Bell. You will know me as the girl who is beaming with joy over her recent find in the discount DVD section, an engaged Survivor enthusiast (yes, it is still on TV) & always on the hunt for a hidden Chinese restaurant. xx
